I had this problem on my second installation of the Beta and now I have it again with the RC. Since I installed I have not been able to pin folders of my choice to the Windows Explorer Icon on the Taskbar. When I drag a folder, say My Computer, down the the Taskbar it will only show me a red circle saying I am not allowed to pin it Pinned items and Jump Lists are displayed for other programs in Taskbar as usual but the issue is only with File Explorer. I have restarted the PC but still the problem persists and I have also disabled Cortana. Any help will be greatly appreciated. System Specs: CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo. Motherboard - Gigabyte (G31M-ES2L
